Aleah has had such a great time this last month, getting ready for her play THE JUNGLE BOOK. It was tons of hard work and it really paid off! She was the "Old" monkey (twice the size of all the "young little monkeys") and took good care of her village of younger ones! She had to knock over a huge brick wall, and throw bananas at Mowgli. She had a part where she would swing from a rope across the stage, but they didn't feel they could get the stunt safe, so they cut it in the end.
We are waiting for pictures to be posted on the Internet. They would not let us take our own due to copy right laws! Oh the legalities! Chance ducked back stage and got this 1 photo on his cell phone. Her cute costume minus her monkey head! She had this one part where she had to sing "I wanna be like You" and swing her little fanny and her tail! We got a big kick out of it! Stay tuned for more pictures.
