Bear Lake Fun

As soon as Church was over this past Sunday, we loaded up the car with a picnic, our kite and some Frisbee's and headed for Bear Lake. We had such a great time there for our anniversary that we wanted to get the kids out to the lake before the weather went South. Chance and Aleah had fun flying the old kite. We were telling the kids the kite was older than they were. We bought that thing in Oregon for our 2ND wedding anniversary and have many great memories with it. It still sores like a pro and hasn't needed to many repairs! (Chanceton managed to bang it up a little bit before the day was through) We made it to the lake, enjoyed our yummy potato salad, The best brownies ever made, complements of Aleah and sandwiches, got a little bit of kite flying in, played a little Frisbee and then down came the rain! And man it poured! It rained the entire way home! The older we get and the older our kids get, the more we realize how fast time goes! We were all grateful for a perfectly wonderful day.
