The drive to IF is about 1 3/4 hours. Well about half way there Aleah is complaining that her head hurts. Lauren climbs to the Back seat and Aleah lays across the middle seat next to Chance. We stop at a rest stop for her to get out and walk around and get some fresh air. Back in the car we go and make it into IF. Well driving down the road towards the mall, Aleah says "I'm gonna throw up" We drive over a curb and into a parking lot, but before we can get the car to a stop, she's done the deed! I was proud of Chance, he was so sweet to her. None of us wanted her to feel bad. So out of the car she goes, barfs again, and then we all just stand there looking at her! We don't know what to do! Eric says "Theirs a car wash just down the road" We all climb back in (poor Aleah) drive to the car wash as fast as we can, open her car door, hose out the car and then give Aleah a shower! Drove to the store, Aleah and Mom stayed in the car cuz Aleah was soakin wet from the shower. Eric, Chance and Lauren run in, pick out some new clothes, Aleah changes and away we go. No one would ever know what happened! We think she got car sick, but not sure. Anyway, she felt fine the rest of the day!
We took the long way home around Palisades. Eric and Kee sometimes miss that daily drive! It was so beautiful!
