ANOTHER CATCH YOU UP BLOG............

Yeah, I stink at blogging! Sometimes life just comes at you full throttle and you cant seem to find the time to sit down and ponder it!
We have had many moments come and go this Spring and many more we are anxiously awaiting!!.... Those who really know and love us know of all those moments and the details. Nothing beats a phone call, or even better a person to person visit! But blogging is fun and definitely a easy way to keep in touch with loved ones that we aren't lucky enough to live close to or see on a regular basis.
Ive kind of been turned off to the whole blogging thing to be honest, I just grew tired of the "CRAP" blogs! So.... My goal is to KEEP IT REAL!

Here are a few of our current life stories:

Aleah had a great school year - no more JR. High!! She will be entering the 9TH grade in the fall. I think she has found a good niche in this new area. I think she would go back to Jackson in a heartbeat but, for now this will do. She tried out for the school drill team and made it! Right now she is focusing on work, trying to earn lots of school clothes money, early morning dance practices, a few girl's camps and just having fun!

Eric is working hard as usual! I am so grateful for all he does for our family. He has been able to keep most of his weekends free which makes me happy.

Joyah is just that JOY-AHHH!! She has definitely brought some fun spice to our family and we are all enjoying her. She is by no means a easy child! The little thing kicks my butt just about every day! When were not keeping her out of bedrooms, bathrooms, off counter tops, out of fridges and any other conceivable mischief she is sleeping! I tell ya, Heavenly Father knew to save this one for me when I was a bit older! And that's all I have to say about that!

And Chance.... Well He will be leaving us in about 8 more weeks!! He has been called to serve in the Philippine's Iloilo Mission! He will be speaking Tagalog. We are so excited for him! It will be harder than I care to think about to see him go but we are so grateful for his desire to serve and cant think of anywhere else we would rather him be at this time. For those of you who would like to come to his farewell and listen to him speak, that will be July 25TH at 12:30 Here in our Ward House.

This past month we were able to take a trip to Hawaii as a family. We spent 7 days on Kauai and 5 days on Oahu! Eric and I had been planning and saving for this special trip for over a year and were so excited for it all to play out! What a wonderful trip it was! I just cant say enough about it! PARADISE! In every way!

Other than that, we are just living life, loving life and filling in all the gaps with life!
And so it goes.................

Yay! You're blogging again! Hawaii sounds like it was the ultimate vacation. What can get better than paradise? That is awesome Aleah made drill team and that's so crazy that Chance is leaving so soon. We are looking forward to seeing you all at his farewell. It sounds like you've read some pretty bad blogs...I hope our blog hasn't offended you, and if it has I'm sorry. Anyway, it's good to see what the Schreiber's are up to. Love ya!

Oh my Heck Kristin! Are you kidding me! All my sistas blogs are the BEST! You guys are why I DO blog.. I just live in a small town where sometimes some "small" mindedness occurs and I wanted to make sure I wasn't participating or appeared to be participating in any of that.........ask me about it sometime, and if I have the energy Ill share....oye!
We cant wait to see every one for Chance's farewell! We were thinking of some boating and water skiing and hanging at the lake on the 24TH....... any takers??

HI! We heard about Chanceton's mission on Facebook (think it was Jenny) so thought we'd check out your blog. Definitely want to wish you well Chanceton - what an experience ahead of you! Also wanted to say hi and send our love to the Schreiber clan in Wyo. Still talk about our visit last year, long overdue. Was great to see all of you (missed Aleah -- at camp?), visit your new home, attend Chanceton's play, and meet Joyah. We're fine here in Portal - though in the midst of a forest fire which started in May and is going to take a while to extinguish. But we're not in any danger - just sad to see all the smoke. Went to Yosemite in May - really impressed us. Take care and continue to have fun. Love..
